and Man counters with a lovely shot to the body.

Man lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Berzins uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Man.

Berzins tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Man defends well and Berzins ends up having to push Man into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.

Man cracks Berzins with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.

Chester Man seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Berzins has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Man is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.

Man feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Berzinss jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!

and Man counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.

Man lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Berzins backs up against the cage.
Man has been working his punching technique in the buildup to the fight and it appears to be paying off.

Berzins takes one to the side of the head.

Berzins is rocked!
Berzins shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Man pinned against the cage. Man gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Oh Berzins is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Man is using his reach advantage to land shots from outside his opponent's range.
Ohhhhh! A huge head kick from Man! Berzins is out on his feet! Man rushes in and throws more strikes. The ref is looking closely - Berzins is covering up but the punishment is just too much and the ref steps in to stop the fight! Berzins is staring into space, just thankful that the beatdown has ended. Brutal finish.
