The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Morgan moves into range and clinches up with Thory.
Thory is trying to break the clinch but Morgan has him pressed against the cage.

Thory manages to break the clinch.
Thory cracks Morgan with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.
Morgan looks to score with a jab to the body but Thory is just out of range.
Thory misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.

The fight moves into the clinch position.
Morgan throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Thory blocks it with crossed arms.
Thory lands with a short shot to the head.
Morgan drops down looking for an ankle pick but Thory pulls his leg out and moves away.

It looks like Eric Morgan has been cut.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Thory lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.
Morgan definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Morgan chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Thory can pounce on him.
This is turning into a torrid day at the office for Morgan. He's trying desperately to land a takedown but he's failing miserably and getting slapped silly on the feet to compound his misery.

Thory lands a slapping body shot.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Morgan crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Thory - the referee stops the clock and Morgan gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Thory. Morgan manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
Morgan is breathing heavily.
Morgan tries to move into range but Thory moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.
Thory throws a leg kick but Morgan sees it coming and checks it nicely.
Morgan takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Thory bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Morgan's head backwards.

Morgan closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Morgan lands in his opponent's guard.
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
Thory wants to stand but Morgan is controlling the position.
Thory keeping moving, preventing Morgan from controlling successfully.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Thory is avoiding any damage by keeping wrist control.

Morgan has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by Thory after a bit of a struggle.

That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business. So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Morgan shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Thory counters with a huge left! Morgan is in big trouble! He's backing up but Thory isn't giving him chance to recover. Under a barage of punches the ref has to step in to save Morgan from any more damage. A dominating finish by Thory!

Vic Thory opened up his post fight interview with a scream to camera that he wants a title shot! Whether he deserves the shot will be up to the management of the organization, so I guess he'll have to wait and see.
