Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Nick Lagk (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Vort Under (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Nick Lagk has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A slow jab from Under misses its intended target.

Under tries to sprawl but Lagk drives through with a takedown into half guard.
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.
Lagk not landing any meaningful shots this time.

Lagk is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Under doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Lagk.
Lagk wants to free his trapped foot but Under is holding on for dear life with his legs.
Under tries to kick Lagk off but Lagk keeps his base steady and stays in half guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Under is trying to control but can't.
Lagk throwing shots but Under is blocking nicely.

Under is staying active underneath Lagk, who seems content to just control the action from this position.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Under stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Under wants it to stay on the feet.

Lagk has closed the distance and engaged Under in a clinch.

Lagk's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.

Under clinches up with Lagk and pushes him back against the cage.
Lagk looks to be in better condition than last time we saw him fight. Obviously he's been working hard on his cardio.
Lagk goes for a body shot but it's blocked.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
The two fighters are working to gain dominance in the clinch.
Lagk lands a left hand.
Lagk lands with a short shot to the head.
Lagk tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Under's elbow.
Lagk lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage.
Under fails to pull the fight into his guard.

Vort Under seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Lagk tries to close the distance and clinch up but Under swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Under closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
Some stalling of biblical proportions here from Lagk.

Under gets control of Lagk's arms and successfully pulls guard. Under will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back.

Lagk drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Under manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Lagk has Under in his guard.
Under wanted to stand there but Lagk had control of the position.

Lagk pulls Under in close to prevent any damage.

Under avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Lagk is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Lagk is sitting in guard, working some ground and pound.
Lagk looking to control the position here, rather than advance.

Under is trying to keep Lagk in close.
Under utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.

Lagk in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time.
Lagk throws a big elbow that misses.
Lagk trying to control but Under is working from the bottom.
Lagk controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling.
If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.

Lagk shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Lagk showed some decent athleticism there.

Under wants to control but Lagk is keeping busy.
Lagk missing with the ground and pound from half guard.
Still in half guard, Lagk seems content to control.
Lagk throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man.

Lagk drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Under dives on top into guard.

The ref stands the fighters back up. Nick Lagk wasn't doing enough on the ground.
Under misses with a straight right.

Under moves into the clinch.
A right hand to the body from Lagk.
Lagk doesn't land with the attempted body shot.

Lagk has dropped down and is working for a takedown. Under is trying to keep an underhook but Lagk manages to get the takedown into half guard.
