Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Mason Kane (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jack Bruce (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bruce is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Bulls on Parade - Rage Against The Machine. I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Jack Bruce was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kane jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Bruce misses with a wild body shot.
Kane cracks Bruce with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.
Bruce uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Kane.
Kane scores with a jab. Bruce acknowledges it with a nod of the head.
Bruce tries to clinch up but Kane circles away and keeps his distance.
Kane uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Bruce.
Bruce misses with an uppercut.
An inside leg kick lands from Kane.
Bruce scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one.
Kane moves into range and lands a nice body kick.
Bruce throws a jab when Kane was well out of range.
Kane throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Bruce on the side of the head.
Kane looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Kane bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Bruce's head.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Kane throws a hook but Bruce avoids it easily.

Bruce tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Kane was well out of range. Poor timing from Bruce.

Bruce looks to land a left hand but Kane moved out of range nicely.
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Kane lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Bruce has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Bruce and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

Bruce throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Bruce loads up on a big right hand but Kane slips the punch.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Bruce misses with a wild body shot.
Kane throws a leg kick but he was too far away and it doesn't land.

Bruce takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.

Bruce misses with a looping left.
Bruce is still on wobbly legs! Can Kane finish him?
Kane slips under a jab.
Bruce throws a looping overhand right but Kane ducks down to avoid it.
Bruce is aggressively charging in as Kane backs up avoiding any damage. Kane tosses out a jab and Bruce runs right into it face first! Bruce is out cold! Kane dropped down on all fours and is barking in Bruce's face like a pit bull in celebration until the ref was finally able to pull him away!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:46 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Mason Kane!
