Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Momoshiro Kitsune (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Keiji Kawada (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kitsune comes to the cage accompanied by 僕はミス・テイク~. Keiji Kawada has the eye of the tiger tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kitsune shoots in looking for a takedown but Kawada manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Kitsune's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.

Kitsune gets the takedown into side control.
Kitsune lands a knee to the body and a forearm to the face.
Kitsune wants to lay and pray for a moment but Kawada keeps working.
Kawada tries to buck Kitsune off but Kitsune is having none of it.
Kitsune connects with a decent looking elbow from side control that caused Kawada some visible discomfort.
Kitsune working away diligently from side control. Landing strikes effectively there - that will score him some points on the judges scorecards.
Kitsune has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Kitsune thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.

Kawada tries to buck Kitsune off but Kitsune is having none of it.
Kawada is trying to stand back up. He's worked his way up against the cage but Kitsune has just dragged him back down to the mat.
This has been an exciting period of action!

Kitsune is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Kawada has escaped the position, nice work there.
Kawada is trying to get back to his feet.

Kitsune has hold of Kawada's arm. He's looking for a kimura. Kawada seems comfortable defending it but Kitsune has shifted his position slighty and is cranking on the arm! Kawada is real pain and he's forced to tap out! Kawada is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but Kitsune couldn't care less - he's delighted!
