Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Black Belt (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Matt Puempel (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Belt swats away the attempt to clinch by Puempel.
Puempel throws a head kick that misses.
Belt gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
Puempel must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.
Belt looking to sweep here. No luck so far.
Belt wants to stand and escape but Puempel is having none of it.
Puempel wants to control from the top but Belt keeps moving.
Belt has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.
Puempel throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent.
Belt wants to sweep here but Puempel controlling him for the moment.
Belt looking to try and escape his hips here, looking for a submission. It looks like he's going for a triangle but Puempel is defending well. Belt quickly switches to an armbar and extends the arm! Puempel has no choice but to tap, to a very quick submission! Wow, that was lightning fast! Belt celebrates on the cage, with the crowd.
