Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Dario Silva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Gustavo Gracie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Silva comes to the cage accompanied by Iron. Gracie has chosen Golden as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

With a record of 6 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Gustavo Gracie!
The judges for this bout are George Francis, Wesley Smith and Chris Downing.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Silva lands with a slapping head kick.

The fight moves into the clinch position.
Silva with the Thai clinch, lands a knee to the head.

Gracie drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Silva gets the underhooks and prevents it.

Silva will no doubt start fighting again in a minute but for now he's just having a little rest, leaning Gracie up against the cage.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Gracie drops down looking for an ankle pick but Silva pulls his leg out and moves away.
Silva throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Gracie fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Silva manages to avoid it.
Gracie fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Silva avoids it really well and circles away.
Dario Silva has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Gustavo Gracie.
Sloppy strikes from Silva. Those never looked like landing.
Dario Silva seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
No luck for Gracie with that takedown attempt.
Silva keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Silva fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Gracie has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Silva throws a body kick that sends a sickening thudding noise reverberating around the arena.
Silva cracks Gracie with a good jab.
Gracie has done a lot of speed work in the buildup to this fight.
Gracie stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Silva.

Silva throws a front kick that sends Gracie stumbling back into the cage.

Silva has Gracie up against the cage in a clinch.
Silva comes over the top with an elbow. That landed flush.
Silva scores with a knee to the head.

Gracie is trying desperately to land a takedown but Silva is having absolutely none of it. This is turning into a bit of a nightmare for Gracie.
Still in the clinch, Silva scores with a nice short uppercut.

Gracie tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.

The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as Silva takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life.

Silva lands on the inside with an uppercut.
Silva is pressed up against the cage. Gracie has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Silva down to the mat. Silva avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
Silva circles to his right before unloading a perfect head kick! Gracie drops to the canvas, hurt badly! Silva follows Gracie to the ground and unloads with a series of strikes that force the referee to step in and end the fight! This one is all over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:16 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Dario Silva!
A very excited looking Dario Silva rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.
