Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Frank DeNino (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Orrin Veli (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Orrin Veli was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
DeNino throws a hook but Veli blocks it.
DeNino throws the left hand but Veli avoids the punch easily.
A jab from Veli misses.
Veli misses with a hook.
Veli misses with a left hand
and DeNino counters with a stiff right hand.
DeNino fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
DeNino digs a good hook to Veli's body.
Veli takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Jab, cross, leg kick. Nice combination by DeNino!
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Veli jabbing away but nothing is landing.

Veli throws a big shot that misses.
Veli takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
DeNino throws a jab when Veli was well out of range.
Veli looks to land a right hand but DeNino moved out of range.
DeNino thows a body shot but no joy.
DeNino swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
DeNino is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Veli.
A nice leg kick lands there from Veli.
Veli avoids the body shot from DeNino.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
DeNino looks to land a right hand but Veli moved out of range.
Veli displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as DeNino throws out the jab.
Veli drops his hands momentarily and DeNino takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
DeNino connects with a nice looking jab.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Veli's hands are dropping dangerously low here and DeNino connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Veli scrambles back to his feet.
DeNino jabs away that one connects to the head of his opponent.

Veli is rocked!
Veli drops his hands momentarily. DeNino doesn't need a second invitation, landing a shot to the temple. Veli staggers and falls to the mat and the ref dives in to save him from any more punishment. Veli doesn't seem happy with the stoppage but he was done.
