Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between John Simmons (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Nelson Eddy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Simmons comes to the cage accompanied by Sound of MAdness - Shinedown. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Eddy tries to clinch but Simmons is having none of it.
A combination from Eddy does no damage.
Simmons fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
Eddy misses with a takedown

and Simmons counters with a combination of strikes to the head and body that crumple Eddy!
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Eddy can do anything to dispel that myth.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Simmons trying to mount his opponent but Eddy defends it.
Simmons not throwing his punches with enough precision this time.
Simmons throwing shots but Eddy is blocking nicely.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Simmons is keen to just control but Eddy is a slippery customer.
Simmons looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Eddy with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.

Eddy is rocked!
Eddy is trying to get back to full guard.
Eddy is still in real trouble! Can Simmons finish him?
Simmons lands a big elbow - Eddy is out of it! He's waving his arms around but his eyes are closed and he's not intelligently defending himself - the ref has no choice but to jump in and stop the fight! This one is in the books! A TKO win for Simmons!
