Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
De Boskabouter tries to land a front kick but Boyle steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
Boyle swings for the body but De Boskabouter moves out of range.
De Boskabouter scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Boyle shoots in for a takedown but De Boskabouter shows good takedown defense.
De Boskabouter throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
De Boskabouter changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.
Boyle checks a leg kick.
Paulus De Boskabouter seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
De Boskabouter's corner calls for a 1, 2 combination and De Boskabouter duly obliges.
De Boskabouter avoids the head kick by Boyle.
Thud! ouch! good body kick from De Boskabouter - that will leave a mark!
De Boskabouter misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Boyle.
De Boskabouter keeps Boyle at a distance using the push kick.
Boyle takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
De Boskabouter throws a right and a left that Boyle avoids nicely.

De Boskabouter throws a punch but it's blocked by Boyle.
De Boskabouter lands a body punch - he's looking to wear down Boyle.

De Boskabouter successfully pulls guard.
Boyle trying to control but De Boskabouter is working from the bottom.
Boyle stands up over De Boskabouter, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head.
De Boskabouter bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Boyle's guard.

Boyle has his foot on De Boskabouter's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. De Boskabouter works his way back into a safe position though.
Boyle looking to sweep here. No luck so far.

De Boskabouter avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
De Boskabouter controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling.
Boyle has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

De Boskabouter pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Boyle is keeping the position for now.
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!
Boyle is pulling down on De Boskabouter's head. It's preventing any offense from De Boskabouter, at least for the moment.
De Boskabouter passes into half guard.

Boyle looking for submissions off his back.
De Boskabouter thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Boyle's head.
De Boskabouter seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Boyle does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

De Boskabouter is working for a submission of some sort.

Boyle has hold of a guillotine but he's not going to be able to crank on it really with only half guard, so it's no trouble for De Boskabouter. Oh but Boyle has got full guard now! Oh boy! This one could be over very soon! De Boskabouter goes limp - he's gone! Boyle jumps up and celebrates with the crowd - fantastic submission finish!
