The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ronbo misses with a low kick as Damione Deathclaw jumps back.
Ronbo throws a push kick but Damione Deathclaw slaps the foot to one side.
Damione Deathclaw dives in for a single leg takedown but Ronbo sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.
Damione Deathclaw tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Ronbo just stands there and leans against the cage.
I was talking to Damione Deathclaw's coach per-fight and he was telling me that they'd been working on the clinch in the runup to this fight.

Ronbo is real pain and he's forced to tap out! Ronbo is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but Damione Deathclaw couldn't care less - he's delighted!
