The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gun keeps the fight on the outside.
Gun looks to land a combination. Kearney sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.
Kearney fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Kearney just misses with a punch to the body.
Kearney has been working on his boxing with his coaches at LOD: Top Team in the buildup to the fight.
Kearney throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
A head kick misses from Kearney.
Kearney pivots, looking for a leg kick but Gun is out of range and Kearney settles back down.
Kearney scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Gun doesn't seem bothered though.
Kearney throws a hook to the side of Gun's head but Gun sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Kearney shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down.
Gun swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.

Gun staggers Kearney with a jab and knocks him down with a follow up straight! Kearney looks in trouble, will he beat the count?! The count has reached 5 and he's only back to 1 knee - it's going to be close! 6,7,8 - he's up! Just in time and the ref is going to let the fight continue!

Kearney is rocked!
This has been an exciting period of action!
Gun circles away before darting back in with a big straight right hand. It connects beautifully and sends Kearney tumbling to the canvas! He's out cold! Gun wins by KO!
