Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Paha Hemmo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Juan Ignacio Cresta (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hemmo kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is In Flames / Ropes. Paha Hemmo has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cresta loads up on a big right hand but Hemmo slips the punch.
Cresta stalks Hemmo and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Hemmo's face. Hemmo staggers backwards, shaken.

It looks like Paha Hemmo has been cut.
Hemmo ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
Hemmo digs a good body shot into Cresta's ribs.
Hemmo misses with a looping left.
Hemmo thows a left - swing and a miss!
Juan Ignacio Cresta seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
A looping hook to the body misses from Hemmo. Cresta does a little dance to reset his feet.

Cresta shoots in for a takedown and gets it.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
Cresta is looking for the mount but instead finds himself back in full guard.
Hemmo avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.
The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves.

Cresta is sitting in close to Hemmo's body. Hemmo has gone for a guillotine from the bottom. Oh damn, that looks pretty tight! Cresta is panicking - it looks like this one could be all over! Yes, Cresta is tapping! That was a very nice submission by Hemmo.
