PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Evan Perry (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Florijan Jagatic (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Florijan Jagatic told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A left and a right from Perry both land. Nice combination.
Jagatic looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
Jagatic avoids the head kick by Perry.

Perry closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Perry lands in his opponent's guard.
The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.

Perry bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.

Perry is working on a single leg takedown against the cage. Jagatic can't fight it off and eventually Perry manages to take the fight to the floor. Jagatic looks annoyed but at least he's managed to land in guard.
