Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Anni Minnemäki, Marco Blurström and Johanna Lukiainen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Susi fails with the takedown
and Surma counters by clinching up.
Susi takes an elbow to the forehead.
I was talking to Surma's coach per-fight and he was telling me that they'd been working on the clinch in the runup to this fight.
Susi fails to pull guard.
Surma trying to land knees to the body.
Surma lands a nice uppercut.
Surma lands an elbow just above Susi 's eye.
Susi fails to pull the fight into his guard.
Musta Surma has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Keni Susi.
Susi tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Surma smiles and moves away.
Susi shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Surma but Surma pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Susi shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
letting Surma counter with a right hand.
Keni Susi seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Susi gets tackled into the cage by Surma. Surma maintains the clinch.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Surma tries to land a knee to the body but he is off balance and Susi avoids it.
Surma using the Thai clinch to land knees to the body.
Surma is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Susi is defending well for now.
Surma breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Donk. Surma catches Susi right on the button with a cross.
Surma throws a right and a left that Susi avoids nicely.
Surma throws a left that rocks Susi and follows with a right that sends him tumbling to the canvas! Surma dives into side control, looking to finish! Can Susi regain composure!
It looks like Keni Susi has been cut.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Susi tries to improve position but can't.
Susi manages to get one leg in to regain half guard.
The fighters are battling for position here. Susi manages to regain full guard. Nice work.
Surma wants to pass the guard but Susi is keeping the position.
Surma wants to control from the top but Susi keeps moving.

Surma avoids a guillotine attempt easily.

Surma tries to free his leg and advance position but Susi is retaining full guard.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Musta Surma.
Susi closes the distance but Surma moves to the side
and Surma cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Susi misses with a takedown
and Surma counters with a takedown into side control.

Susi managing to avoid any damage from the strikes thrown by Surma.
Susi is not content to let Surma control the position.
Surma controls the position from side control.
Susi is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Surma off and has taken his back!
Surma is really stuck here.
Surma rolls and manages to get back to half guard. Nicely done.
Susi is working for a submission of some sort.

Susi is looking for a kimura here.
Susi seems like he's working for an arm triangle here. He's freed his trapped foot and he's rotating nicely. Surma is in big trouble! He's tapping out! This one is aaaaaaaaaaaall over!
