The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

and Juntta counters with a nice double leg into side control. Roid won't be happy with that.
Juntta wants to lay and pray for a moment but Roid keeps working.
Juntta throws a strike aimed at the side of Roid's head but Roid avoids it well.
Juntta scores with a couple of nice shots to the head there. The referee takes a look at Roid to see if he's OK.
Juntta creates a bit of distance and throws down some hard shots.

Juntta looks up at the clock and then as Roid takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, Juntta smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!

Roid gets one leg under and gets the fight to half guard.
Juntta thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Juntta is nestled in close to Roid, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.

Oh Roid is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Juntta takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.
Juntta lands a big elbow from half guard. That looks like it's hurt Roid quite badly. Roid pulls Juntta in close trying to recover. Juntta postures up and lands two really hard shots that put Roid on queer street! The ref takes a look and decides to call an end to the fight! Possibly an early stoppage but Roid doesn't seem to be complaining too much.
