Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.

The judges for this bout are Wesley Smith, Gwen Towbar and Alan Glass.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Romeiro keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
Romeiro throws a sloppy head kick and Ferguson moves out of range easily.
Romeiro lands a nice looking body shot.
Romeiro connects with an inside leg kick.
Ferguson throws a head kick that misses.
Ferguson uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Romeiro.
Romeiro lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
Pinkynho Romeiro seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Romeiro fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Ferguson.
Ferguson has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Ferguson there as he acknowledges the shot.
Romeiro misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Romeiro lands a leg kick that knocks Ferguson off balance momentarily.

Romeiro feints and then cracks Ferguson's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Ferguson down.
Romeiro is using his reach advantage to land shots from outside his opponent's range.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Romeiro's corner are shouting for him to stand up but that's bad cornering - how is he meant to stand up when he's mounted? He should be looking to improve his position on the ground before trying to stand back up.
Ferguson tries to control but Romeiro wriggling away.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Romeiro wriggling around on the bottom manages to avoid the strikes thrown by Ferguson.

Pinkynho Romeiro dominated that round.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

Romeiro dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Ferguson. That did some damage!

Romeiro is looking to stand back up but Ferguson counters by passing into half guard. Oops... bit sloppy there by Romeiro.
Romeiro is staying active underneath Ferguson, who seems content to just control the action from this position.
