The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A big left from Brown misses.
A swing and a miss from Miller.

Miller clinches up with Brown and pushes him back against the cage.
Miller blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning.
Miller can't break the clinch.

Miller tries to work over Brown's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target.

It looks like Bobby Brown has been cut.

Miller leaves Brown with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.

Brown is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

Miller lands with a right to the head.
Miller comes over the top with an elbow. That landed flush.
Brown cracks Miller with a nice body shot.
Miller could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Miller digs a right hand underneath Brown's ribcage. Brown let out a lung full of air as it connected.
Miller lands with a short punch from the clinch.

That has opened up Bobby Brown's cut even more.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

The cut above Bobby Brown's eye is starting to cause him problems now.

Miller manages to break the clinch.
Miller moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Miller cracks Brown with a nasty uppercut that draws ooohs from the crowd and sends Brown tumbling backwards onto the mat. He tries to recover but Miller pounces and lands a hail of unanswered strikes that forces the referee to step in to end the fight! Brown is not happy but he gave the referee no choice!

After winning the bout, Simon Miller thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
