Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Sousuke Kamida (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jackson Davis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jackson Davis told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 4 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Sousuke Kamida!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Jackson Davis!
The judges for this bout are Seu Braga, Daniel Cesar and Matheus Silva.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Davis fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Kamida checks it well.
Davis tries to clinch there but Kamida circles away.
Kamida tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Davis swivels and escapes.
Davis moves out of range of the body kick from Kamida.

Davis shoots in and gets a takedown into Kamida's guard.
The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.

Davis avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Kamida avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.

Kamida is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Davis is aware though and is defending well.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Davis landing some decent shots from guard.
Davis won't allow Kamida to sweep him here.
Davis must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.
Davis wants to pass the guard but Kamida is keeping the position.
Davis chips away with some ground and pound.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Kamida has thrown up a leg looking for a triangle. Davis doesn't defend quickly enough and Kamida has managed to lock this one up! Can Davis escape?! NO! He's tapping out! Damn, that was a quick submission - congrats to Kamida on a fantastic submission victory.

Sousuke Kamida really struggled to get his t-shirt on before his hand was raised. Making sure that Alpha-Male Nutritional Supplements (q160) logo gets some air time is pretty tricky when you're all sweaty.
