Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Dorian Beaujault (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jackie Chan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chan has chosen Now i know as his entrance music. Dorian Beaujault has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Beaujault gets a clinch.
Chan looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
Beaujault is stalling here.
Beaujault is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though.

Beaujault tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Chan told us pre-fight that he has been working on his escapes in training. Let's see if he can call on some of his new skills to get back to his feet.

The ref stands the fighters back up, due to lack of action by Jackie Chan.
Beaujault throws a head kick that looked like it stung.
Chan lands with a nice body kick.
Beaujault tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Chan goes for a high kick. It partially lands.

Beaujault closes the distance and clinches.
Chan gets underhooks to prevent Beaujault's takedown attempt.
Beaujault wants to break the clinch but can't.
Beaujault tries to pull guard but Chan won't allow it.

Beaujault has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Chan is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.
Chan jumps guard but Beaujault stands there with Chan around his waist. Chan gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.

Chan escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

Beaujault closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
Beaujault wants a takedown.

Beaujault jumps guard but Chan stands there with Beaujault around his waist. Beaujault gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.

Chan breaks the clinch.

Chan shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.
Chan works a leg free and moves into half guard.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Chan has hold of the far side arm. He's working for the Kimura, can Beaujault defend it? Chan steps over the head and cranks it - Beaujault is tapping out! That was textbook stuff right there - nice submission victory for Chan!

Jackie Chan was full of energy after the big win and talked about how he thinks he can do big things in this sport. The crowd were appreciative of his determination to succeed.
