Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Anastasio Gamboa (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Akira Fujita (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Gamboa kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Wu-Tang Clan - Careful (Click, Click). There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fujita throws a hook but Gamboa blocks it.

and Gamboa counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.

Gamboa bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
Gamboa is looking to take a break and control but Fujita is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

Let's hope that Fujita has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.

Fujita working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Gamboa doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Gamboa manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Fujita is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Gamboa defends well.

Fujita is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Gamboa is aware though and is defending well.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Gamboa throws a big right hand that misses.

Fujita thows some rabbit punches from the bottom but they don't do any damage.

Fujita manages to wriggle out and sneak his way back up to his feet, so the fighters are now clinched up against the cage.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Fujita drops back for a leg here. A bit of a high risk move... He's looking for a kneebar by the looks of things. Now both of them are looking for submissions. Fujita seems to have locked his on tight now - Gamboa screams in pain and taps out furiously! It certainly was a high risk move but it's paid off for Fujita, as he picks up the win!
