Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Elliot Saunders (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kublai Congo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Congo has chosen Lil' Jamal- Genetic For Terror as his entrance music. Elliot Saunders had real problems making weight for this fight. After initially coming in at 187.8lbs, he had two hours to make the official fight weight. He made it but it will have taken a lot out of him to cut those extra few pounds. Elliot Saunders is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples... Tweaking his own nipples that is.

The judges for this bout are Robert Douchet, Gregory Folan and Elvis Blanc.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Saunders tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Congo defends well and Saunders ends up having to push Congo into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.
Saunders prevents a body shot from Congo.
Congo lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards.
Saunders scores with a shoulder strike.
Saunders is trying to pull guard but Congo has him pressed against the cage.
Saunders wants to break the clinch but can't.
A hook to the body from Congo.
An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Congo.
Congo putting his Muay Thai to good use. He has Saunders in a tight clinch and is doing some damage with knees to the body.
Saunders has had enough of the clinch but Congo keeps him there for the moment.
Congo pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Congo scores with a crisp jab that stopped Saunders in his tracks.
It looks like Elliot Saunders has been cut.
We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Congo has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Saunders walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
Congo displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Saunders.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Elliot Saunders. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Saunders tests Congo's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Congo is looking to slow Saunders down with leg kicks.
Congo feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Saunders's calf.
Saunders is breathing heavily.
Congo connects with a jab.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Congo is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Saunders.
Kublai Congo is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Congo drops Saunders with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Saunders looks back up at him and smiles so Congo waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
Saunders is rocked!
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Congo sees an opening and throws a straight punch right through Saunders's defenses. It connects perfectly with Saunders's jaw and knocks him out cold! Wow - that's a contender for knockout of the year - absolutely brutal!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:16 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Kublai Congo!
