Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Naya Shinoki (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jimmy McKenzie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Shinoki might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to wadiako. Jimmy McKenzie will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The judges for this bout are Shigeki Sano, Yasuomi Hirokawa and Yuuki Gou.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Shinoki manages to get an easy takedown there - catching McKenzie on his heels. He'll look to pass McKenzie's guard now, I'm sure.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if McKenzie can do anything to dispel that myth.
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.
Shinoki postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
McKenzie really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Shinoki . If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Naya Shinoki gave a mention to Damnfield clothing in his post fight interview. That will please them (and hopefully generate some sales).
