The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Young gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Morgan lands an uppercut.
Young misses with the head strike.
Young throws a nice elbow but it doesn't land.
Young lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards.
Morgan tries a knee to the head but he's missed.
Young pushes off and fires off an elbow that misses, before clinching up again, against the ropes.
Good anti-grappling being displayed by Young as Morgan tries to tie him up.

Morgan pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
The fight stays on the outside here - Young looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Young throws a lazy uppercut
and Morgan counters with a nice uppercut.
Young lands with a straight right. Morgan didn't see that one coming.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Young misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Morgan.
Young throws a head kick that misses.
Young swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Young doesn't manage to clinch there - Morgan circles away.
Morgan moves out of range as Young strikes.
Young tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.

Morgan gets tackled into the ropes by Young. Young maintains the clinch.
A knee to the head by Morgan.
Morgan lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Young backwards.
Young doesn't land with the attempted body shot.
Morgan unloads a knee to the mid-section.
Our sources have told us that Morgan has been working on his elbows in the gym.
Morgan's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button!
Morgan makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut.
Young tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.

Morgan pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Young moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot.
Morgan takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
Young throws a head kick but Morgan moves out of range.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

It looks like Dan Young has been cut.

Young lands a head kick!

Morgan throws out a head kick that Young doesn't see coming - it connects and sends Young crashing to the mat face first! He's bounced up to his knees and is scrambling to get back to his feet and beat the count. He's up on 5 but still looks a bit groggy; will the referee allow it to continue??? He's taking a good look into Young's eyes and has decided to let it go on!

Young is rocked!
Morgan fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Young has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Young misses with a combination
and Morgan counters with a deadly accurate combination that rocks Young badly! He tries to strike back but Morgan puts an end to that with another precision combo that knocks Young out cold! Oh man, Young will never hear the end of this one!

A relieved looking Scott Morgan thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
