The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hammer lands a body shot.
Hammer closes the distance and lands a one-two.
Kenny tries to clinch up but Hammer circles away and keeps his distance.
Hammer thows a body shot but no joy.
Hammer tests Kenny's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Hammer scores with a hook to the body. Kenny takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
Hammer throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Decent striking displayed by Hammer there.
Hammer connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Kenny's hands.
We've been told by Kenny's head coaches at EUOLUCAO MMA that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Hammer lands a two punch combo.
Kenny is rocked!
Hammer throws a perfectly timed hook that sends Kenny crashing down! Kenny tries to stagger back to his feet but Hammer just hammers him until the ref stops the fight! A confused Kenny asks the ref what just happened. Poor fella.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:46 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Von Hammer!
Von Hammer gave a mention to Tormented Nutrition in his post fight interview. That will please them (and hopefully generate some sales).
