The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Khan feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
Khan is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position.

The ref stands the fighters back up because Amir Khan just wasn't active enough.
Saing displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Khan.

Khan forces Saing back against the cage and clinches.
Khan tries to pull guard but Saing holds him up against the cage and eventually Khan drops back down to his feet.

Saing tries to land knees in the clinch but Khan avoids the damage to the body.

Saing throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Khan blocks it with crossed arms.

Khan jumps guard and drags Saing to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back.
