Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Fujii Taki (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tori Folki (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Taki moves into range and clinches up with Folki.

Taki gets the body lock takedown. After a quick scramble, Folki regains guard.
Taki stopping the sweep attempt from Folki.
Taki sitting in guard, not really doing much.
Taki stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Folki swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Folki looking to hit a scissor sweep but Taki is one step ahead there.
Folki controls Taki momentarily but Taki frees himself.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground.
Taki doesn't manage to clinch there - Folki circles away.

Folki fails with a takedown attempt.
Taki attempts a leg kick but it's missed by a good margin.
Taki checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time.

and Taki moves into the clinch.
The referee is keeping an eye on Taki - much more stalling and he will separate the fighters.
Folki tries to land knees in the clinch but Taki avoids the damage to the body.
A nice left hand lands by Taki.
Taki is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though.

Taki pulls Folki into guard.
Taki looking to hit a scissor sweep but Folki is one step ahead there.

Folki drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Folki jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
Hammerfist, elbow! yells Folki's corner. There ya go! There ya go!
Taki looking for a sweep. Not yet Taki, not yet.
Folki advances position into side control!
Taki is trying to improve his position.
You can see the frustration on Taki's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Folki advances to mount.
Folki fails to take his opponent's back.
The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.
Folki looking to control but Taki is working nicely, looking to advance position himself.

Taki is desperately trying to get back to half guard.
Folki throwing sloppy strikes here. Perhaps if he tightened up his striking from such a dominant position, he'd be able to finish easier.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Folki punching from mount but Taki doing a good job of avoiding damage.
Folki looking to control but Taki is working nicely, looking to advance position himself.
Folki moves to take his opponent's back.
Folki throwing lazy shots from the back mount that aren't doing any damage.
Taki is really stuck here.

Taki is trying to defend against the choke here but Folki has an arm under his chin. This one might not last much longer. Folki Tightens the hold and Taki taps out furiously! Folki displays superior BJJ to win the fight.
