The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Riley looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Dominguez is fending him off so far but Riley persists. Nope, Dominguez circles away and we're back to standing.

Riley shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Riley showed some decent athleticism there.
Dominguez slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work.
Riley is looking to stand up but Dominguez won't let him.
Dominguez can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Riley controls the pace.
Riley passes easily into side control. Nice work.

Riley has hold of Dominguez 's arm here. He's working for an Americana. It looks like he might have it! Dominguez tries to escape but he's just digging himself in deeper - Riley cranks the arm and Dominguez screams in pain! The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from Dominguez , who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.
