Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Dominick The Destroyer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Roderick Lagoc Ii (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Lagoc Ii has chosen Here Comes The Boom as his entrance music. On his way into the cage it seems that Dominick The Destroyer has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Dominick The Destroyer seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Lagoc Ii has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.

Lagoc Ii feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.

Possibly an early stoppage but The Destroyer doesn't seem to be complaining too much.
