Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between G Mozenter (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Arnar Hermannson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The judges for this bout are Robert Twigg, Tiny Johnson and George Francis.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mozenter throws a sloppy head kick and Hermannson moves out of range easily.
Hermannson keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Mozenter.
Mozenter throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Mozenter throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.

Hermannson scores with a takedown into Mozenter's guard.
Hermannson stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Mozenter swivels though and keeps the full guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

The fight moves into the clinch position.

Hermannson wants the takedown. Mozenter is fighting it off but Hermannson persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in Mozenter's guard against the cage.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Hermannson turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Hermannson manages to end up in side control.

Hermannson stands up and beckons Mozenter to his feet.
Mozenter looks to score with a jab to the body but Hermannson is just out of range.
Hermannson throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.

Hermannson fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Mozenter, pushing him back against the cage.
Mozenter wants to break the clinch but can't.

Mozenter is fighting off a takedown attempt but Hermannson is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Mozenter to the mat. Mozenter regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for leaving it all in the cage!

Hermannson gets to his feet - Mozenter follows without any prompting.
Hermannson tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Mozenter paws at him with a jab and circles away.

Hermannson scores with a couple of good hammerfists.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Mozenter makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Mozenter.

Mozenter looks to be working for a triangle here. Oh, it looks like he might have it! Hermannson has picked Mozenter up and slammed him! Mozenter can't keep hold of the triangle and Hermannson manages to pass to side control!

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

Hermannson tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Mozenter paws at him with a jab and circles away.

Hermannson stands and steps away. Mozenter gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.

Mozenter throws a lazy right hand but Hermannson sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.

Mozenter is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Hermannson is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Hermannson accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Hermannson connects with a nice short shot to Mozenter's temple.
Mozenter has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Hermannson is working away from the top position though.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Mozenter walks forward, straight into a front kick from Hermannson.

Hermannson shoots in and bounces Mozenter off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.

Hermannson drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Mozenter manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Hermannson has Mozenter in his guard.

That's time! Mozenter's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. Let's hear some noise people - this is the final round!

Hermannson has moved round to his opponent's back and is looking for a suplex! Oh snap! He's tossed Mozenter clear over his head and slammed him to the mat!

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Mozenter is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

Well Hermannson has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
