The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jackson lands a with a good body shot.
Jackson lands with an overhand left.

Hill feints and as Jackson raises his hands in defense, Hill changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
Jackson wants to control but instead he gets his guard passed and Hill is now in half guard.
Hill is looking to pass Jackson's guard but actually Jackson recovers to full guard.
Hill trying to control but Jackson is working from the bottom.

Hill decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Jackson, up you get!

The fight moves into the clinch position.
Hill lands a body punch.
Stalling in the clinch from Hill.
Jackson fails to pull the fight into his guard.
Hill scores with a hook to the body.

Jackson is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage.
Jackson wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.

Hill has moved round to his opponent's back and is looking for a suplex! Oh snap! He's tossed Jackson clear over his head and slammed him to the mat!

Hill is trying to stick to Jackson's back but Jackson is turning into Hill. He's managed to reverse the position - now he's in Hill's guard. Polite applause from the crowd in appreciation of some nice Jiu Jitsu by Jackson.
Jackson wants to control from the top but Hill keeps moving.
Jackson is really struggling to control Hill but he's trying to hold on to the position.

Hill has a closed guard, preventing Jackson from standing up.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fight is doing enough on the ground.
Jackson lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.

Jackson gets caught flat footed, as Hill shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
Jackson will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
