PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Yuri Volka (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tetsuo Mizoguchi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Mizoguchi has chosen Kaneda's Theme as his entrance music. I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Volka thows a left - swing and a miss!
The fighters circling - Volka throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Mizoguchi lands a head shot.

Mizoguchi lands a really nice looking cross but Volka seems unphased.

Mizoguchi rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Volka moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

Mizoguchi's coach down at Millions Top Team was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Mizoguchi's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.

The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as Volka takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Volka creates some distance for himselfand unleashes a massive uppercut that sends Mizoguchi's eyes rolling into the back of his head! Mizoguchi drops to his knees and Volka pours it on with more strikes until the referee steps in to end the bout!
