Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Wilber Bender (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jon Jones (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jones comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Wrecking Ball-Miley Cyrus kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Jon Jones has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Wilber Bender's chin.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Wagner Zegers, Albert Achterberg and Nard Betker.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jones is looking to clinch but Bender is avoiding it.

and Bender counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.

Jones lands a left and a right that send Bender crashing to the mat, dazed. Jones thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

Bender is rocked!

It looks like Wilber Bender has been cut.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
A decent looking body kick lands there for Jones.
Oh Bender is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Bender is breathing heavily.
Bender avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
A head kick by Jones - that's a beauty! Bender is out but he's somehow still standing... he's going... going... gone. Like a drunk walking down the middle of the road, the inevitable face plant follows and the delayed knockout arrives. Even Jones can't help but laugh at the bizarre end to this one!

Jon Jones decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
