The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Monster misses with a double jab.
Monster throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped

and Bush counters with a shoot takedown into half guard.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
Bush lands with a punch from half guard.
Bush prevents Monster from improving his position.

Bush is working for a kimura but Monster is defending it quite comfortably.

Monster looking for submissions from an awkward position here.

Monster is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.

Monster is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Bush pulls his head out easily.

Monster is looking for a sweep. Bush is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
Monster gets back to full guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Bush wants to get up but he can't break Monster's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.

Monster has his foot on Bush's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Bush works his way back into a safe position though.

Monster pushes a forearm under Bush's chin to create some space. He's escaped his hips and pivoted quickly for an armbar! Can he extend the arm? Yes, Bush is tapping out! Damn, that was fast!
