The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Pace clinches with his opponent.

White breaks the clinch.
Pace throws a sloppy head kick and White moves out of range easily.

Pace misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
White tries to clinch but Pace is having none of it.

Pace closes the distance and clinches.
White could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Pace tries to break free but White pushes him back against the cage.
Pace is trying to break free.
Pace wants to break the clinch but can't.
White utilising his Muay Thai to score with a knee to the body.

White breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.

White moves into the clinch.
Pace wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
A right handed body shot lands from White.

White controlling the action here for a moment.

Pace breaks from the clinch.

Pace clinches with his opponent.
Pace tries to circle away but White has him pinned against the cage.

Pace tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Michael Pace seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
White tries to clinch up but Pace circles away and keeps his distance.
Pace throws a leg kick which misses White's front leg but catches the back leg as White tries to avoid it.

and White counters with a straight right hand.
Pace tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Pace swats away the attempt to clinch by White.

White moves into the clinch.
White has Pace pressed against the cage, preventing Pace from circling away and getting back to striking at range.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Pace looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now.

White lands a good knee to the midsection. Pace won't want to take too many of those.

White jumps guard and drags Pace to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back.
The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.

White is actively looking for submissions from his back. He's worked himself a little space on the bottom and seems to be going for a triangle. No, he's switched into an armbar! That was slick! Pace rolls with it to try and escape but White cranks on the arm and Pace is forced to tap out! This one is aaaaaaaaall over!
