Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Johny Slicer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Giordano Bruno (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Slicer's entrance music is Morbid Angel - Rapture. A fine choice. Bruno has chosen Preliator as his entrance music. Johny Slicer could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Giordano Bruno's chin.

The judges for this bout are , Jack Bonds and Don Winkell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bruno jabs at Slicer's body.
Bruno connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.
Bruno rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Slicer counters with a body kick that brings a smile to the face of both fighters.
Good standup being displayed there by Bruno as he connects with a hook.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Bruno scores with a push kick.
Bruno blocks the body kick.
Slicer misses with a kick to the body
and Bruno counters with a nice body shot.
Bruno darts in and out, connecting with a jab.
Bruno throws a shot from downtown. Slicer moves away and avoids it.
Slicer does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.
Slicer needs to keep his hands up - Bruno had a free shot at his head there.
Slicer has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Bruno finds it's way round the side to connect with Slicer's head.
That's one minute gone in the round.
A chopping leg kick lands by Bruno.
Slicer tries to check the leg kick but that clearly hurt him.
Slicer connects with a high kick.
It looks like Giordano Bruno has been cut.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Bruno fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
Bruno throws a nice inside leg kick.
Bruno turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
Slicer looks to land a body kick but Bruno moved away.
Bruno drops Slicer with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Slicer looks back up at him and smiles so Bruno waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
Slicer is rocked!
Bruno throws a jab when Slicer was well out of range.
Oh Slicer is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Slicer ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Bruno thows a left - swing and a miss!
Bruno throws a jab when Slicer was well out of range.
Bruno throws a looping overhand right but Slicer ducks down to avoid it.
Giordano Bruno seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Bruno jabbing away but nothing is landing.
A slow jab from Bruno misses its intended target.
Bruno missing with a left hand there. Slicer was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Bruno misses with a looping right.
Bruno lands with a right and another and another! Slicer is in big trouble! Bruno lands again and this time it's lights out for Slicer! A quality knockout there for Bruno.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:55 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Giordano Bruno!
