Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Floyd Mayweather (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Genki Sudo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Genki Sudo struggled to make weight for this fight. He only made it down to 156.1lbs at the first attempt and had to take the additional two hours to make the official bout weight. Let's see how much it's taken out of him. Genki Sudo will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sudo with a poor takedown
and Mayweather counters with a head kick. That will keep Sudo thinking before he tries any more sloppy attacks!

Mayweather gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Sudo to score an easy takedown into full guard.
Mayweather is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.
Sudo looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Mayweather utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
Mayweather knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Sudo on the ground.
Sudo wants to control from the top but Mayweather keeps moving.
Sudo stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Mayweather swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Mayweather is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Sudo passes into half guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Mayweather throws a strike from the bottom that misses.

That's one minute gone in the round.

Sudo is looking for a kimura but Mayweather is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Sudo to get the leverage.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Sudo is working for a submission here. He's got hold of the far side arm and he's looking for a kimura. He's cranking on the arm and he's got it! Mayweather is tapping out! Ouch, that looked like it hurt!
