Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Xiro Kandalino!
The judges for this bout are Viktor Lagutenko, Dmitry Maklakov and Igor Prikhodko.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Cannon shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.
Kandalino looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.
Cannon engaging in some classic timewasting tactics.
Cannon really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Cannon's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.

Cannon fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Kandalino sprawls well initially but Cannon persists and gets the takedown into half guard.

Cannon is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Kandalino defends it well.
