Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Jimmy The Kid (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kun Lee (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lee fails in his attempt to clinch.
Lee ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.

The Kid is looking to score with low kicks.
The Kid looks to score with a jab to the body but Lee is just out of range.
Lee takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
Lee lands with a slapping head kick.
The Kid has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.
Lee lands a nice hook to The Kid's body. The Kid takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Lee doesn't succeed with the takedown
and The Kid connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.

The Kid throws out a loose jab but Lee uses good head movement to avoid it.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Lee tries for a takedown but The Kid sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Kun Lee seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
The Kid throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

Lee wants to clinch up but The Kid keeps it at a distance.
Lee steps to the side to avoid the strikes from The Kid.
The Kid throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Lee sees it coming and avoids it easily.
The Kid swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
The Kid throws a leg kick but Lee checks it.
The Kid throws a sloppy head kick
and Lee counters with a three punch combo that has The Kid backing up. The Kid nods at Lee to acknowledge the strikes.
Lee shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says The Kid as he avoids it easily.
Jimmy The Kid has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Kun Lee.

Lee fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. The Kid sprawls well initially but Lee persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.

The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.
The Kid tries to get to full guard but Lee has control of the leg.
The fighters are battling for position here. The Kid manages to regain full guard. Nice work.

The Kid lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Lee!
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

The Kid with some aggressive grappling here. He's looking for submissions here, rather than waiting for the opportunity to counter.

The Kid throws some shoulder strikes here and then postures up. Oh, he's gone for an armbar! Lee has his hands clasped together but The Kid breaks the hold and Lee is forced to tap! This one is aaaaaaaaaaall over! That was lightning fast by The Kid!
