Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Len Camacho (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jose Jones (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Len Camacho!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Camacho swings for the body but Jones moves out of range.

Camacho moves into the clinch.

Jones breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Jones misses with a few strikes there.
Jones lands with a kick to the ribs.
Nice sprawl there from Camacho as Jones shoots in.
Horrible takedown by Camacho or perhaps it was just good defense by Jones which made him look bad.
Jones throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

Jones closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Camacho's guard.
Jones is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.
Camacho throwing strikes off his back to little effect.
Camacho is adopting a defensive guard.
Camacho keeping moving, preventing Jones from controlling successfully.

Camacho has control of Jones's left arm, preventing Jones from doing any damage.
Camacho will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

The ref stands the fighters back up. Jose Jones was stalling too much, according to the referee.
Jones throws a nice looking combination but Camacho bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.

Camacho closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
The referee tells the fighters to keep busy.

Camacho is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Jones is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
Jones wants to control but Camacho postures up.
Jones manages to work his way to half guard, despite Camacho's best efforts.
Jones wants to get back to full guard but Camacho has passed into side control.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Jones tries to control the position but he's not in luck - Camacho easily slips into full mount!
Jones is just holding on here. Camacho manages to take his back.

A bit of a pause in the action here. Camacho controlling the positon.
Jones prevents Camacho from getting a body triangle.
Jones really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Camacho. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Camacho is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Jones is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him.

Jones tries to escape but Camacho has the hooks in and won't let him break free.
