Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Callum Wardrop (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Wrestlers Rape (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wardrop dives in and grabs Rape's left leg, looking for a takedown. Rape pushes down on Wardrop's head and hops out.
Wardrop shoots for a takedown but Rape saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.

Rape fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Wardrop sprawls well initially but Rape persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
Rape is looking to pass the guard... He's managed it - he's now in full mount!

Wardrop is desperately trying to improve his position but Rape has a good base and remains in mount.
Rape looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.

Rape is working really hard to secure the rear naked choke. Wardrop defends successfully for a significant amount of time. Both fighters are looking very determined.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Rape throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Wardrop tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Rape is in Wardrop's guard.

Rape tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.
Wardrop is trying to reverse the position but instead Rape has taken his back - oops!
What can Wardrop do to escape this position? He's going to have to figure it out pretty quick if he wants to stay in the fight!
Watch the back of the head! Comes the shout from the referee towards Rape.

Rape has the hooks sunk in and you can see the will to fight slowly draining out of Wardrop's body.

Rape is staying calm and holding on to the back position, whilst working on a rear naked choke. Wardrop is defending well though. Rape let's go of the attempt for now.

A momentary lapse in concentration from Wardrop enables Rape to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Wardrop manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.

Rape stands and throws Wardrop's legs to the side, diving into side control.
Rape has knee on belly and moves into mount.

Rape has been the more effective fighter overall so far.
Rape pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage.

Rape has hold of Wardrop's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Wardrop manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Rape is going oldschool here, as he tries to force Wardrop to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Wardrop shrugs it off.

Well Rape has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
