Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Shad Wagner (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Grant De (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Grant De has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Bruno Hogan, Steve Erwin and Summer Carpenter.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
De misses with a double jab.
De fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
De shoots and misses

and Wagner counters with a shoot takedown into half guard.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.
De punching from the bottom.
De gets full guard.
De tries to land a sweep but no joy.
Wagner slips effortlessly into side control - very nice.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

De really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Wagner. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Wagner tries to get to his feet but he's trapped momentarily.
Check out the look on Wagner's face as he threw that strike - that's one determined fighter!

Wagner tries to cartwheel into mount but he doesn't manage it.
Wagner advances to mount.
De tries to reverse the position but Wagner maintains control.
Wagner pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage.
De in a bad spot here, taking shots to the head.
Wagner fakes a shot to the body and cracks his opponent in the head. Nice ground and pound there!

Wagner lands with some strikes.
De tries to control Wagner's body but Wagner pushes him off. De squirms to his side and now Wagner has his back!
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Wagner lands with a couple of good shots - one to the side of the head and one questionable shot that could be viewed as to the back of the head but the referee lets it go.

Wagner is working on the RNC. He looks like he's got it but De won't tap... Oh, he's out! The ref rips Wagner off his unconscious opponent!
