And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Stewart Dunkirk, Alan Glass and Robert Twigg.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Learmont throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Dubrovsky takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket.
Learmont throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Learmont takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
Learmont jabs Dubrovsky right on the nose. Dubrovsky blinks but takes it well.

Learmont gets caught napping as Dubrovsky dives in and scores a takedown. Learmont manages to retain guard.
Dubrovsky trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
Learmont is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Dubrovsky is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position.

Dubrovsky stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Learmont swivels though and keeps the full guard.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Dubrovsky is looking for a kimura. It's pretty deep but Learmont still has the half guard so he's probably OK. Oh, Learmont has exploded into a beautiful escape there and after a quick scramble, he's ended up in side control on top! Nice work!

Learmont wants to control but Dubrovsky is keeping him busy.

The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. This is the final round!


Learmont throws a nice looking combination but Dubrovsky bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
