Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Ryan McCarthy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Victor Stevens (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). McCarthy's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Crank That-Soulja Boy. Stevens is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Can't Hold Us. Victor Stevens has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Ryan McCarthy's chin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Stevens darts in and out, connecting with a jab.
McCarthy ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
McCarthy showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Stevens.
Stevens pulls out of a head kick attempt.
McCarthy looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Stevens tries to clinch but McCarthy is having none of it.
Stevens throws a right and a left that McCarthy avoids nicely.

McCarthy throws an overhand right that lands on Stevens's shoulder, as Stevens tries to avoid the shot.

and Stevens takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Stevens misses with a few strikes there.
Stevens closes the distance but McCarthy moves to the side
enabling McCarthy to counter with a crisp jab.
Stevens misses with a head kick.
Stevens stalks McCarthy and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into McCarthy's face. McCarthy staggers backwards, shaken.
Stevens fails in his attempt to clinch.
Stevens tries to clinch but McCarthy is having none of it.
Stevens throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent McCarthy stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Stevens wants to clinch.
A head kick from McCarthy lands but Stevens takes it in his stride.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
McCarthy ducks right into an uppercut from Stevens.
Stevens throws a sloppy head kick and McCarthy moves out of range easily.
McCarthy feints and then cracks Stevens's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Stevens down.
Stevens tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.

McCarthy gets tackled into the cage by Stevens. Stevens maintains the clinch.
Stevens crunches a lovely knee into McCarthy's ribcage.
Stevens looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now.
McCarthy is trying to break the clinch but Stevens is controlling him.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Stevens breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
McCarthy tries to move into range but Stevens moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.
Nice jab there from Stevens.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

McCarthy takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.

Oh McCarthy is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Stevens scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. McCarthy doesn't seem bothered though.
Stevens throws the left hand but McCarthy avoids the punch easily.
Stevens misses with a hook.
Both fighters circling slowly here as the pace drops. Hopefully one of them does someth.. OOOHHHH!!!! Stevens throws an absolute beast of a head kick! McCarthy is done! He's out cold, twisted and contorted up against the cage! Wow!
