PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Chandler Bing (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Akim Lamouna (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Lamouna has chosen chrissy zebby - my ancestors as his entrance music. Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 8 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Chandler Bing!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Akim Lamouna!
The judges for this bout are Yves DeLean, Alec Ball and Dillan Fox.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lamouna takes a body punch but keeps moving.
Lamouna tries to grapple but his opponent circles
and Bing makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
Bing lands a head shot.
Lamouna tries to grapple but his opponent circles
and Bing counters with a right hand to the body.
Lamouna walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
Lamouna ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Bing moves away.
Lamouna tries to clinch but Bing moves away
and Bing counters with a nice uppercut.

It looks like Akim Lamouna has been cut.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Bing circles away from the clinch attempt
and Bing counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Bing tests Lamouna's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Lamouna tries to grapple but his opponent circles
and Bing cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Lamouna tries to clinch
and Bing connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Bing's jab looks to have found its range, popping Lamouna under the eye.
Bing throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
Bing swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Lamouna tries to clinch up
and Lamouna takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Lamouna on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
Bing looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Bing with a hook.
This has been an exciting period of action!

Bing lands a left and a right that send Lamouna crashing to the mat, dazed. Bing thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

Lamouna is rocked!
Bing is really peppering his opponent's head with punches.
Lamouna tries to clinch but Bing moves away
and Bing counters with a huge left! Lamouna is in big trouble! He's backing up but Bing isn't giving him chance to recover. Under a barage of punches the ref has to step in to save Lamouna from any more damage. A dominating finish by Bing!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:43 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Chandler Bing!
A less than humble Chandler Bing misjudged his post fight interview somewhat and came across a little too arrogant whilst trying to hype up his own abilities.
