Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Volk Kruth (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kevin Wibowo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 7 - 6 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Kevin Wibowo!
The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, Jack Bonds and Don Winkell.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A swing and a miss from Kruth.
Kruth swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Wibowo looks to clinch
and Kruth counters with a right hand to the body.
Wibowo closes the distance looking to clinch
and Kruth counters with a body kick that brings a smile to the face of both fighters.

and Kruth counters with a takedown into side control! That could mean trouble for Wibowo!

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Kruth cracks Wibowo with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.
Kruth breaks from Wibowo's wrist control and lands an elbow.

The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Kruth can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Wibowo is looking to escape.
Wibowo is wriggling around trying to escape.
Kruth fakes a shot to the body and cracks his opponent in the head. Nice ground and pound there!

Wibowo wants to control but Kruth is having none of it.
Kruth scores with a couple of good head shots there.

Kruth has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Wibowo's face.

Wibowo is looking to improve his position but Kruth isn't that keen on the idea.
