The crowd seem to be enjoying Silva's choice of entrance music: Mad Dog. The key to victory for The Hurricane has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hurricane takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Hurricane scores with a decent looking hook.
Silva misses with a looping left.

Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Silva uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Hurricane.
Silva scores with a jab to the body.
Hurricane defending well as Silva loads up on a big left hand.
Silva pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Silva is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Hurricane doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Silva lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.

Silva throws the left hand but Hurricane avoids the punch easily.

Hurricane looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Hurricane drops his hands momentarily and Silva takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
Silva wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Silva bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.

Silva lands a nice shot that snaps Hurricane's head back.
A decent looking body kick lands there for Hurricane.
Hurricane throws a right hand that misses
letting Silva counter with a right hand.
Silva cracks Hurricane with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.
Silva misses with a series of wild punches.
Silva throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Hurricane scores with a slapping inside leg kick.
Silva on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Silva takes one to the chin there.
Hurricane shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
Silva misses with the combination.

Silva throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
An inside leg kick lands from Hurricane.
Hurricane misses with a hook. Silva ducked under it nicely.
Silva misses with a jab, cross combination.
Silva wants to clinch
letting Hurricane counter with a right hand.
Hurricane feints and then cracks Silva's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Silva down.
Silva throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Silva swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Hurricane counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Hurricane is using his height advantage well here, landing a good percentage of his punches.
Hurricane on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
Hurricane fakes the leg kick and cracks Silva in the body.
Silva looks winded!
Hurricane fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Silva.

Hurricane feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Silva sprawling to the canvas! Silva rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Hurricane finish him?!

Silva is rocked!
Hurricane drops a shoulder and throws a monster hook that connects perfectly to the side of Silva's head, knocking him out cold! Hurricane is extatic as he celebrates with his cornermen.
