The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Brown takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.

Komodo rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Brown moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Brown swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Komodo.

Komodo scores with a slapping inside leg kick.
Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Komodo.
Brown throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Brown throws a right and a left that both miss.
Komodo connects with a nice looking jab.

Komodo lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Brown circles away quickly and effectively.
Komodo takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.

Brown throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Brown lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Komodo at a distance.
Brown looks to land a combination but Komodo avoids it well.
Paul Brown seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Brown loads up on a big right hand but Komodo slips the punch.
Brown throws a lazy right hand but Komodo sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
We've been informed that Brown has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result.
Brown will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Komodo closes the distance and clinches.

An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Brown.
Komodo creates some distance and fires off a vicious elbow that drops Brown! He pounces and finishes the fight with more strikes! Nice KO for Komodo.
