The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Zelenko misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
King changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Zelenko tries to avoid it but King manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Zelenko to the ground. Zelenko escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
King shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Zelenko defends it nicely.
King tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Zelenko paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Zelenko throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean.
King throws a sloppy head kick and Zelenko moves out of range easily.

King shoots in and bounces Zelenko off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
King wants to control from the top but Zelenko keeps moving.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Zelenko avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.
King would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.

The ref stands the fighters back up because James King just wasn't active enough.
Zelenko lands with a nice combination. King backs away looking to recover.

It looks like James King has been cut.
King blocks a head kick by Zelenko.
Whack! Zelenko lands a heavy head kick that drops King. The ref tackles Zelenko to stop the fight - a great save by the referee because King was done.
