Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Izya Haimovich!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 1, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Kevin Nash!
The judges for this bout are Paulo Santos, Felipe Paraventi and Seu Braga.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nash lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Haimovich at a distance.
Haimovich is breathing heavily.
Haimovich takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Haimovich takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Izya Haimovich seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Nash looks to land a combination. Haimovich sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.


It looks like Izya Haimovich has been cut.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Nash is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Haimovich's half guard.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Nash seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense.
Nash is looking to take a break and control but Haimovich is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

Nash is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Haimovich doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Nash.

Nash is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Haimovich defends it well.

Haimovich is not content to let Nash control the position.
Haimovich is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
Nash controlling the action here.

Nash is looking to take a break and control but Haimovich is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Nash is pressing down on Haimovich's thigh, looking to free his foot. Haimovich is holding on for now.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
Haimovich is staying active underneath Nash, who seems content to just control the action from this position.

Kevin Nash has forced the referee to step in and restart the fight on the feet.
Haimovich tries for a takedown but Nash circles away easily
and Nash counters with a stiff right hand.
Haimovich misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.

Nash gets a takedown into half guard.
Haimovich is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Ground and pound from Nash.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Kevin Nash dominated that round.
The cut man is working on Izya Haimovich's cut.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.


Nash connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.
Nash lands a right hook to the body.
Nash closes the distance and lands a one-two.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Haimovich leaves Nash with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Nash fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Haimovich looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Nash lands with a right that hurts Haimovich. Haimovich looks to clinch but Nash throws a short knee that drops Haimovich. This one is all over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:26 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punch and Knee). Kevin Nash!
